UK-Racketball Ektelon AirO Bolt Racket Review

The AirO Bolt is the big brother racket to the O3 Graphite Ti containing the exact same string pattern and head shape.

The AirO Bolt hits a good firm ball however in comparison to the top of the range Ektelon's like the O3 Balck I found the frame to be heavier and not as stiff. The racket also seemed to have a relatively small sweetspot requiring good timing of the ball. However the AirO Bolt does give good all round intermediate performance.

I think the colour scheme and aesthetics of the racket are great with the string bridge at the bottom of the frame being exclusive to the Ektelon range.

Ektelon are renowned as a market leader for the quality of their rackets and the Aero Bolt is no different with this quality being reflected in the price.

This racket is most suited to intermediate or advanced players who are confident at timing the vast majority of their shots where the small sweet spot will pay high dividends.
