The Wilson nZone incorporates the following technologies to increase performance:
Power String Technology
Wilson’s exclusive patented Power String Technology has the longest most powerful main strings in racketball. Each main string extends all the way down and around the handle increasing the power. Power is everything and with power strings you’ll have the most explosive racket in the game.
Power Holes + Hexx Beam Technology
Power holes generating increased string bed travel for welating kill shots and is paired with Hexx Beam Technology a uniquely engineered cross section that creates a more powerful and stable frame. The geometric shape resists tortional forces and increase your kill accuracy.
Power Bridge System
The Power Bridge System prevents racket torque to ensure a solid, more powerful hit even on off-centre hits. A built in vibration damper works with the Power Bridge to smooth the shock and vibration providing a more comfortable feel.
When a racket is ncoded, nano-sized silicon dioxide crystals permeate the voids between the carbon fibres. This adjustment made at the molecular level provides strength and enhances the stability of the carbon-alloy matrix.
Wilson racketball is taking the initiative in being more environmentally aware by changing the packaging and components on racketball products.
The Wilson N Zone is one of the best value rackets on the market. I found the N Zone to be stable on the volley with power ridge seemingly stopping vibrations. The Head is huge and gives a large amount of power, but not quite so much control. This racket is a great all rounder and would be good for any intermediate player looking for a racket which is reasonable in all areas and does not have any major down sides. I think this racket is very playable and provides a much more solid performance than many other rackets at the same price level.
