The 2013 East Midlands Regional Closed Racketball Championships took place at Duffield Squash & Racketball Club in Derbyshire on Sunday 9th June.
In total there were four draws: Men’s, Men’s O45s, Men’s O55s and Ladies O40s.
In the Men’s draw Curtis Tomlinson, legend of The Manor Health & Racquets Club caused a stir by winning his category. Tomlinson is a Level 2 England Squash & Racketball coach and the ex-Under 17’s England number 4 so some would say a favourite in this instance.
In the Men's O45s, it was UKRB Series regular and winner of the recent Leamington Open Stuart Ferguson of BurtonSquash Club who took the title.
