The aim of this section is to provide coaches with some tried and tested drill ideas that we hope are fun and can help to create a great session.
racketball fitness bolt-ons
The following exercises are not designed to be sessions in their own right. The idea of bolt-ons are that they can be used at the end of a session as a fitness blast. They can all be done at players own pace, if you have a session with players of all different levels taking part there is no reason why these bolt-on sessions will not work.
racketball solo practices
Taking the time to do some solo practice can really improve your game. If you have never tried solo save this session and the next time that someone cancels a game with you don't be to hasty to give up on your daily Racketball fix. This session is designed to run through one 40 minute court session. You can record your score and then see if you can beat it the next time.
